Guest Voices: Real Experience Worth Sharing

Restaurant owners and managers need more than recycled advice. We welcome thoughtful proposals from working operators, managers, educators, researchers and specialists who can explain what they learned—and give readers something practical to test.

What makes a useful guest report?

  1. One specific restaurant problem. Explain why an owner, manager or team would care.
  2. Experience or credible evidence. Separate documented facts from personal judgment and hypothetical examples.
  3. Practical next steps. What can someone try during a real shift? What should they measure?
  4. Honest verification. Explain what a result would—and would not—prove.
  5. Respect for people. Training, clear standards, privacy and better systems matter more than blame.

We welcome different professional perspectives, including respectful disagreement with Gravity's ideas. Guest reports are independently attributed; publication does not imply the author endorses any Gravity product.

Subjects we'd like to explore

Propose an article or interview

Send a brief outline (about 150–300 words) describing your proposed topic, why your experience is relevant, and what the reader will be able to do differently afterward. Include your name, professional background and a public link to your work.

Email a guest report proposal →

Editorial independence: We review proposals for originality, usefulness, accuracy, evidence, disclosures and compatibility with Gravity's principles. We do not sell guest article placements. Sending a proposal does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Please do not send confidential restaurant, employee or customer information.

Selected contributors will discuss byline, author links, editing approval, publication rights and optional AI narration in Gravity Reader before anything is published. Guest contributions are reviewed by a person, not automatically posted.
