Gravity Has a New Home

The Gravity Restaurant Leadership System has moved to its own dedicated website: gravityleadershipsystem.com.

Previously available through Thomas Monroe Books, Gravity now has a home specifically for restaurant leadership resources, operating systems, downloadable workbooks, training programs, and management tools.

What changes—and what stays the same

The address is new, but the purpose is not. Gravity helps owners and managers understand what is happening in their restaurants, select practical controls, address real problems, and measure whether improvements hold. You can begin with one problem instead of installing every system at once.

Thomas Monroe Books continues as the publishing home for the books and workbooks behind Gravity. It has not been renamed. Existing book and publisher credits remain.

Founding Year access continues

Released digital resources remain available for $0 through October 1, 2027, without a credit card. Print books are sold separately. Registration is required for most downloads.
